Dr. Pascal Crosley, DO

Howard County resident and board-certified emergency physician Dr. Pascal Crosley opened Quality First Urgent Care in December 2019.
When the COVID-19 pandemic was declared in March 2020, Dr. Crosley and his team quickly pivoted to provide safe, secure testing and quickly grew to become one of the largest testing facilities in the state of Maryland.
A Vice President at Vituity, he was formerly the Chairman of Emergency Medical Services at Saint Agnes Hospital’s department of emergency medicine, Medical Director at DeKalb Medical Center, and board member of the Georgia College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Crosley completed his residency in emergency medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, earned his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
